Guess what we found? Julie is back! Not my girl friend, but my Alice's best girlfriend. She has great cravings for Julie. Why, ask her...It's the long awaited Julie Butter Crackers! We have been searching for it after we heard the news that the Julie biscuits are allowed to sell on the shelf. We tried searching at Giant, NTUC and even Sheng Siong supermarts before that.
Alas, we found them at the YES supermarket in Tampines. The packaging has changed and we almost miss it. So we snapped two packets. The wheat type is also available. We remembered that the price is previously around $1.85 before the milk crisis. Now there is promotion and we bought at $2.00 per packet.
From the picture, you can see the manufacturing date is stamped in December. So it is "baru" from the factory in Malaysia. No wonder we cannot find them la...So Julie is now back for good!
